Shoe sizes vary depending on the brand. That’s why it’s essential to use the SEQ size guide.

Stand on the size guide (leave about 1–2 cm space at the front). Place the size guide in the shoe or compare it with the existing inlay

Width

Many people underestimate their foot width. WIDE fits in most cases.

CUSTOM: enter your metatarsal width (in mm) for a perfect fit

mm
mm
Thickness

STANDARD fits most shoes. LOW is ideal for shoes with non-removable insoles or limited space
Note: Each SEQ insole is tailored in size, width, and height to your individual feet. For optimal performance, they need the right shoe — with enough space and a neutral, supportive base.

Shore-Hardness

SOFT: extra comfortable, with maximum
cushioning
MEDIUM: balanced standard
HARD: for active users, with maximum energy return

Top Layer Material

Suede leather offers a particularly comfortable first feel and high overall comfort. If your feet tend to get warm, we recommend the Pure Lining instead — it has a smoother surface and a cooler feel.

Leg Length Discrepancy

Up to 10 mm elevation possible (on one side). For elevations over 5 mm, we use foam to keep the weight low.

Note: We deliberately apply leg length compensation without a drop in the forefoot area — from a biomechanical perspective, this is the most sensible solution. Dropping the forefoot can have unintended effects on the knees, hips, and other joints.
