Panel Debate & Live Assessment
April 29, Wednesday — from 6:00 til 8:00pm
In this panel debate, we want to explore:
What influences the way we move? And how can we provide better sensory information so our body can learn step by step?
Personal Assessment (limited availability)
April 30, Thursday — 20 minutes per assessment
How do we actually move?
Most of our movement happens subconsciously. We walk, stand, balance, and adapt without ever really thinking about why our body moves the way it does.
Often, the conversation focuses on strength, functional chains, load, or motor control.
But in the end, it is our sensory system that connects us to the world around us. It constantly gathers information from the ground, our shoes, and our environment — and shapes how we move in everyday life.

What happens during the assessment?
Step 1 - Move naturally
The assessment begins with your natural movement. Even subtle restrictions or asymmetries can affect the pressure patterns beneath your feet — your body’s main interface with the ground and the world around you.
Step 2 - Improve sensory input
From the feet upward, we take you through a sequence of targeted tests and re-tests to explore how movement potential may change when key limiting factors are addressed. These may include hip mobility, nervous system regulation, visual input, jaw alignment, and balance control.
Step 3 - Experience new signals
By introducing new visual, vestibular, and proprioceptive signals, we give your nervous system fresh information to work with. Some effects are noticeable immediately and can, in certain cases, also be measured. After your assessment, you can continue your personalized journey with Lanserhof at The Arts Club and SEQ.
